Using the iOS companion app v8.0.0, and every time I acquire a bounty, I get a pop up message that says:
Buy From Vendor
S38A
iOS App Store version (distribution) is requesting permission to do the following:
Buy From Vendor
Buy items from Vendors.
If you approve, this application will be allowed to perform this action for:
Uses: 6
Duration: 20 mins
Do you approve this application's access to your Destiny account?
So I press approve, but after 6 bounties or 20 minutes, the pop up comes back.

I received a similar message (albeit with a different four digit Vendor code) about ten minutes ago after using the app to pick up Bounties from Banshee and Eido. Being the first time I’ve seen such a message (I only recently started using the app to pick up Bounties) I quit out of the app without accepting or rejecting the request and it did not reappear after reopening the app. That said after this happened I noticed a batch of Updates available on the App Store, including one for the Destiny Companion App which included in the update description “Acquire Bounties from Apothecary Eido.” I see that you posted this topic prior to the launch of Revenant so it’s safe to assume you did not receive the message as a result of picking up Bounties from Eido, but I wonder if perhaps such a message is triggered when picking up Bounties from a Vendor that has not been fully integrated with the Companion App. Although I suppose it’s also possible that the message appears when picking up multiple Bounties in quick succession as the iOS store might view these as a series of rapid “account changes”, which under other circumstances may be considered a red flag that an unauthorized user has gotten access to the account in question and is trying to make changes to prevent future access by the rightful user.
