Solo Dungeons bugging out at extended Boss Fights

Hello. Whenever I attempt a solo dungeon and get to an extended boss fight the game bugs out after the second or third damage phase. For instance, in Prophecy at Kell Echo I could pick up motes but was never awarded with the ability to dunk them. In Ghost of the Deep, in the Ecthar fight I was no longer getting Vestige of Light from finishing the wizards and could not get to DPS. In Warlord's ruin, I stopped getting the Hex of Vengeful Corruption (not a problem for completing the encounter I understand but see ahead). In all of these encounters when these bugs happened my guns and crosshairs were sometimes completely invisible when drawn (not flickering) or sometimes wouldn't draw at all, drawing a sword would often take me to first person, blocking with swords was not reducing damage, and various other cosmetic glitches. In the Hefnd fight in Warlord's Ruin I managed to limp my way to his final stand threshold with all these issues only to not be teleported with him to the final stand and was swiftly killed by a turnback timer. Is there anyway to stop these bugs?
