I was messing around with the new artifact mods, and believe I stumbled into a bug. Any time I try to select the "Charged Up" Armor Mod as one of my armor's mods, it treats the selection as if I had the "Authorized Mod: Charged Up" Artifact mod equipped. It's not retroactive, though, as armors that have the mod already equipped aren't changed, only when I go to select it as a mod.
To Reproduce(I think):
1. Equip "Authorized Mod: Charged Up"
2.1. Reset Artifact
OR
2.2. Refund Authorized Mod: Charged Up
I believe there is a error in code making the flag for the Authorized Mod: Charged Up to be permanently stuck on, making the armor mod cost 1 energy, permenantly. Either case, I unequipped the mod, and I found it stuck at a cost of one.
The expected result to the Reproduce Steps is it should reset the cost for Charged Up to 3, as soon as you reset the Artifact.
