I'm not trying to start a war here, I just want to give honest insight on why I believe those aspects need a buff
Banner of War's health pulses are mediocre in PvP, they don't heal enough to guarantee a whole aspect; even at x4 it will not heal you enough to BARELY survive a 1v1
Now, I'm not saying it should turn you into an unkillable god, but I do believe there's room to increase the amount of health done by each pulse, and to also increase the timer/stack per Guardian kill. This would make it viable and fun to get going in 6v6s and easier to proc on 3s
Now, Into the Fray just has a mediocre melee regen rate, a slight buff to it would make it better, given that Frenzied Blade whilst a good movement melee — isn't really that meta offensively speaking

Honestly I'm only disagreeing with buffing it in pvp because of bungie nerfs. With Final Shape they wanted to move away from separating nerfs so if it gets buffed and it ends up being op guess what? "We reduced the healing effectiveness by 50%" in both pve and pvp making it worse in pve.

you already get a damage buff to your melee and you get constant healing no? Just off a melee kill and then it stacks/refreshes upon any kill. If you REALLY want to use some crazy healing use the healing mods on your boots and the orb making mods on your arms for melee kills.
