I think I figured out a solution that’ll make both sides happy. Since you need two people to complete Dual Destiny, what if you could get the exotic as one person, but you only got half.
Instead of getting spirit of inmost light + spirit of star eater, you just get spirit of inmost light. This way, solo players can have fun, and the people that have done it duo can have their exotic exclusive still
Now I know what you’re thinking…you lose out on so much synergy without the second perk. And I’m sympathetic to this issue. So for solo players that get this exotic item, your exotic will have more to it than the version on the class item. Like spirit of inmost light could boost your ability regen and damage.
In fact, just to add a little extra to sweeten the deal, solo players shouldn’t even have to bother with having it as a class item, since I know how much people hate the look of them. You could have spirit of inmost light as a chest exotic. Or spirit of Osmiomancy as Gauntlets.
Idk guys, I think I’m onto something

I struggle to figure out if these posts are a joke of some sort. Others have said the same thing yet I fail to grasp the reasoning. Is it only to get an exotic perk like stareaters but on a warlock or titan? The exotics with single perks are already there.
