Destabilizing Rounds

Remove the 3s cooldown and place it on Repulsor Brace instead. Reduce health gain from Controlled Demolition specifically from Volatile applied by this perk to 35 HP per explosion instead of 90, if it's seen as too rewarding there. I can't think of any other instances in which this perk could be abused, and even in these cases, it's pretty tame. Aside from the benefits of having a constant Overshield at little cost with Repulsor Brace (especially on Titan), an ad clear perk such as this doesn't need a cooldown.

  • Repulser brace is -blam!- because void shields are -blam!- and you wanna put a cooldown on it ? Naw, it already only lasts a coups of seconds. Remove the cooldown from Destabilizing rounds period and leaver Brace as is, no need to nerf Titans either they've had enough nerfs thank you. There are other perks with little to no down time that do the same thing, but better. Incandescent and Voltshot, have no cooldowns so it makes no sense for Destabilizing rounds to have one. There is no need to nerf anything here, just pure buffs.
