Hello. I'm experiencing this super weird bug. Since I tried the Verity encounter, I changed the ornaments to stand out a bit more. But, now I can't change it back. On the Appearance Customization screen it shows that all ornaments are locked. I can't even remove the currently equipped ornament to the default. The default ornaments is also showing a padlock. It's stuck. How can I get it unstuck? I've made to sure unlock the armor piece, but that didn't help either. I've attached a link to the image. Everything is locked, including the option to the default ornament. The top three rows don't give me an option to equip. I only get Preview and Favorite as options. These are the Hunter Universal Ornaments. This applies to both the appearance customizations screen and the armor piece individually. Any suggestions?
