me and my team were just in the Garden of salvation raid for 6 hours doing divinity, we got to the boss minotaur and all the sudden during the middle of the phase we all got booted from the raid and lost all progress on the divinity quest, making us have to redo the entire raid and all the puzzles. is there anything that can be done regarding this matter?

It's my favorite Raid but the quest honestly ruined it, because it turns into the first experience most players run, which is pretty frustrating at times. Sadly a lot of bugs have gone untouched for years, I had one with Coldheart crashing my game when fired during the 2nd encounter a year ago, not sure if that got addressed or not. Best of luck though, it certainly takes some patience to finish!

Nothing can be done as the quest is working as intended, it sucks you guys got booted. There is a way to back track the whole raid from the final boss encounter, which should allow you to redo the puzzles without having to redo the whole raid. If that doesn't work then yeah, you guys are just gonna have to run it back.

Then you have to do it again. And you dont want to know howmany times we failed at the endboss, with simular time invested. Got fed up and did a LFG, we knokked it out in 1 hour and ofcourse was very happy to finaly get Divinity. The only thing is that they nerfed it, dont see allot of people use it anymore. Its a nice Raid tho.

That truly sucks and I'm sorry to hear it. When I did the raid, it was a teaching run with 5 of us learning and only one sherpa. Due to a list of issues, it took us 8 hours 9 minutes according to Raid Report.

You can run back through the raid to be beginning without restarting. Will need to redo the puzzles but not the encounters.

No, going to orbit resets progress in the puzzles.
