Not a state like Transcendence that gives you ability uptime since that would cheapen Prismatic but something to deal with enemy types and increase combat effectiveness that slowly builds up by applying light 3.0 effects and killing enemies with abilities. Call it something like Overcharge.
Activating it gives you effects based on the subclass damage types, for 12-15 seconds.
Arc:
Become amplified and instantly Jolt all targets in close range. While Overcharge is active, ionic traces you create move drastically faster and heal you.
Solar:
Emit a burst of Restoration upon cast. Damaging enemies has an escalating chance to create a Firesprite and trigger a small ignition at their location.
Void:
Gain an Overshield. Damaging enemies has an escalating chance to trigger a weakening and suppression burst at their location.
Stasis:
Gain Frost armor. Damaging enemies has an escalating chance to create Stasis Shards and trigger a small slowing burst at their location.
Strand:
Gain Woven Mail. Damaging non-Guardian combatants has an escalating chance to emit a small suspending burst at their location.
No idea how powerful or impactful these would be but it gives older classes new toys to maybe stay relevant. I went hard for Arc classes because they need survivability badly and another way to deal with champions.
