To preface I have a fresh copy of Windows installed, along with a fresh download of Destiny 2. I have done all the basic steps (updating drivers, clearing cvars etc) to no avail.
I have an issue where up until the game starts loading assets (the big loading anim where it swaps between each class) it runs flawlessly. After that point, no matter how low the settings are, whether windowed, windowed fullscreen, or exclusive fullscreen, whether HDR or not, whether one monitor is used or not, whether HDMI or DP is used for the connection, it will stutter every few seconds with no discernable cause.
Running only Destiny and steam doesn't help, having the nvidia overlay enabled or not doesnt help, disabling the frameview service doesnt help, steam overlay doesn't affect it either. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling (not moving) to each of my drives to see if it had any effect with no luck.
Every other game on my PC runs fine with no issues, from tf2 to helldivers 2. Without some way of stripping back the game to see a debug log of some kind, I'm at a loss of what to do, and at this point I think there may be some weird compatibility issue but I have tried mixing and matching my hardware to no avail (different memory, cpu, gpu, no change)
My basic sysinfo is below:
* OS: Win11 Pro Insider 64bit (build 26257)
* CPU: i7 7700k (tested stock and OC'd)
* RAM: 32GB DDR4 Corsair (4x8)
* GPU: RTX 2070 Super (GIGABYTE)

Hi there! The insider program is a beta-test program and may result in programs not running as expected. I would roll back to the latest official release to see if the issue persists.
