Bungie Store Support

So I ordered the Savathun Statue last week and didn’t get my emblem for it. I’ve contacted bungie store and made a ticket, but it looks like that ticket is useless. All of the emails sent to me are the exact same as the one before it. Telling me to wait 48 hours and if I don’t get it respond to this thread. I respond and get the same email back. Is there any other way to get a HUMAN to respond to my ticket?

    • You need to continue working with Bungie Store customer support. The Store is a separate entity and they don't monitor these forums. https://bungiestore.com/
