First off, the core idea of the perk fully reloading your gun on every kill when a specific condition is triggered, is actually quite nice. However, the perk itself has so little uptime with a good team, that is bottomless useless.
So, I suggest this weapon perk gets reworked (since it is already shelved in current days roll options) and be renamed. My idea is:
Old Name: Bottomless Grief
Old Perk Description: Increases Magazine Size. While you are the last living member of your fireteam, each final blow refills your magazine.
Old, detailed functionality:
* +14 Magazine
* Each kill fully reloads weapon magazine while [condition] is triggered/active.

New Name: Bottomless Heroism
New Perk Description: Increases Magazine Size. After reviving an ally, each kill refills your magazine for a longer duration. While you are the last living member of your fireteam, each final blow refills your magazine. While Bottomless Heroism is active, this weapon deals increased damage.
New, detailed functionality:
* +14 Magazine (+20 if improved perk)
* Each kill fully reloads weapon magazine while [condition] is triggered/active.
* Each round deals +20% damage while [condition] is triggered/active. (+25% if improved perk)
* Bottomless Heroism is active after reviving an ally for 20 seconds.
That way this perk has a much better use overall and a better uptime condition.
Please consider it, Bungie. The concept of a gun having a better version of Subsistence sounds quite interesting.

I like it. I'd get rid of the damage bonus or lower it significantly since being a solo player would trigger it.
