Has anyone been in this situation before and found a way to get hold of someone?
Been pursuing a missing Bungie Rewards item (Haruspex Seal Title Pin) since the beginning of March this year, and have had absolutely no luck getting any kind of response from the store. They've been often slow to respond in the past when order issues have occurred, but getting no answer at all after a handful of ticket requests via their portal over the course of nearly 5 months (a good month between each) is absolutely beyond a joke.
Problem is, there appears to be no other contact point or method listed on the store pages. What do you do when the single avenue of support yields nothing?
Got a full set of seal pins on display up until now - the chance of missing out on one due to a screwup somewhere and zero support is infuriating after the amount of time and effort (not to mention money) I've spent on them over the years.
Any staff on here able to get someone to reach out please???
