What’s the point in having Osmiomancy as one of the class item armor perks if it doesn’t do what Osmiomancy gloves do? What makes the gloves good is the double cold snap grenade or ability to have two turrets up at a time. This perk is so weak and non-exotic worthy without the doubling up. Is this simply a mistake and will the item be fixed to have double charge?

Spirits are partial attributes of the standard exotic. If you are interested in the double grenade charges, use the gloves... If you just want grenade energy on grenade hit, then use the bond. Both have different advantages, and the bond is not really best used with bleak watcher/coldsnap, where the gloves are.
