Please note that the "Destined Heroes" quest, along with the "Lost in the Light" and "Found in the Dark" quests, can only be completed once per account, which means these quests will not be available on alternate characters. As others have mentioned below, characters without these quests need to play the six Adventures in the Lost City to unlock other Prismatic abilities. I hope this clears up any confusion!
