Not getting iron banner legacy ornament after purchase and unlock in inventory
I bought Ashraven's Iron Hood ornament from Lord Saladin and unlocked it in my inventory and now I am unable to transmog it. I can see it in my collections just not in my appearance customizations menu.

1 ReplyThey are old Armor Ornaments not Universal Ornaments. Like any piece of armor, they can be converted into Universal Ornaments by spending Synthweave or used on Iron Banner armor for free.

1 ReplyThe ornaments Saladin sells you are the old style year-1 Armor Ornaments, not Universal Ornaments. They can be used on Iron Banner armor for free, but to be able to use them on non-iron banner armor you have to use Synthweave to unlock them.
