Getting a zero power exotic engram from Excision
I've done Excision 3 times and I've gotten a zero power exotic engram each time. Decrypting it yields a 1900 power exotic.
Is this intentional or is it a bug? If it's intentional, what is it connected to?

2 RepliesIt could be gear or an enhancement core. If it turns to gear, the power will be at least your minimum stat.
