Microcosm should be anti-barrier by default

I think the whole intrinsic champion mode is a mess. For example lemonac is a cool bow and when the seasonal artifacts give barrier for bow I can’t use it for that since it has intrinsic overload. I think what ever intrinsic anti champion should also give the option to turn it off so when you have a better use via seasonal artifact mods you can use it.
