Well no. That would depend on the reason for the design, if designed. But assuming we live in reality and evolution is still real, clearly everything we do isn't always directly for reproduction. Like people enjoying licking toes, feeding women until they can't move, or taking a finger up the back entrance. Let's ignore all those under the blanket term "whatever gets it up moves the needle in the child bearing direction", we also see gay behaviour in animals, both other apes and more distantly related animals. How does this factor in?
