Well no. That would depend on the reason for the design, if designed.
But assuming we live in reality and evolution is still real, clearly everything we do isn't always directly for reproduction. Like people enjoying licking toes, feeding women until they can't move, or taking a finger up the back entrance.
Let's ignore all those under the blanket term "whatever gets it up moves the needle in the child bearing direction", we also see gay behaviour in animals, both other apes and more distantly related animals.

Simply because other animals in very small percentages exhibit the characteristics doesn’t make it natural. Some animals cannibalism each other.

Okay, so the issue is we are working with different definitions of the word natural. I'm happy to go with yours, if you want to define it the way you mean it? It's very small percentages in humans as well, of course.
