Exotic Item Suggestion: Melee Gauntlets for Titan that buff weapon damage.
Since recently Titans are seen in a bad state and many people wishing for Titans to step away from "being the melee class while not being good as a melee class", here is an exotic item idea to help with the Titans role as "melee class" while also stepping away from it.
Name: Ad hoc (lat. basically "For this")
Flavor Text suggestion: "A Gun is only as strong as the Fist holding it." ~ Some unknown Titan
Unique looks: Angular or round armor plates, similar to Destiny 1 armor set designs, with ammo rounds strapped onto the arms (similar to the Sunbreaker gauntlets we have in Eververse as transmog)
Exotic Perk: Hitting a target with an uncharged melee increases handling of your equipped guns for a short period. Killing a target with an uncharged melee or hitting it with a charged melee increases handling and reload speed for a short period. Killing a target with a charged melee attack increases handling, reload speed and damage for a medium period.
The combat role idea: The idea is to give Titans a reliable, universal exotic tool that isn't too broken in both PvE and PvP (see broken builds like the "I solo riven bonk hammer" one and such). Also, the idea is to have an exotic that actually focuses on gunplay too, not just smacking things with your fists. Right now I can only think of 2-3 exotics that actually benefit gunplay on Titan which are Actium War Rig, No Backup Plans and Peacekeepers. I think we need more exotics for Titans that work with guns and less with their abilities.
