10/10 ( Not quite ) !!! 2.32/10
Campaign 7/ 10
New raid - 2.6 /10. 1st encounter 1/10 super boring
2nd encounter 3/10 same as first except you get to chop down a wall ( the boss ) not fun 3rd encounter 1/10 same as first but three floors of boring 4th encounter 0/10 overly complex boring and buggy 5th encounter ( witness fight ) 8/10 would have been 10 but dps phase timing can be just awful at times no consistency for such a small window
Pathfinder - 2/10 should have dedicated paths
Vanguard- 3/10 power cap unnecessary
Gambit - 0/10 no explanation needed
Crucible- 0/10 no explanation needed
Dual destiny- 5/10 minus 5 for our solo community
Episodes/ seasons - 3/10 ( same pig new lipstick)
Dungeons-3/10 power level cap just increases the time
Power level grind - 0/10 seriously what’s the point

final shape is trash. bungie literally ruined the game. i noticed pc players live it and that’s cool but i think it’s awful. it is worse than neomuna was. if this is what we’re getting from the new guy i joe he’s fired quickly.

Just my opinion but I’d give it a solid 7/10 Third (or fourth) best expansion 1. TTK 2. Forsaken 3./4. - tied with witch queen

I would agree with all that. Throw in another -26 for excluding solo players and the Echoes "Episodes" is actually a season, 1 less season

Players are so use to getting peanuts for a DLC that final shape feels like you’re eating a 26 oz ribeye when in reality it’s just a microwaved salisbury steak 😂🤣

I thought it was fun I give it a 7.5. The thing with Destiny is it’s a loot game with no grind or chase. So when I hit the wall I hit it hard. I’ll put it back down until the Episodes get decent.

Edited by 8Babies13: 6/30/2024 7:26:42 PMPower level grind is literally the best/easiest it's ever been. Your highest character makes drops on secondary characters drop at that level, even through Pinnacle levels. Artifact power I'll agree with, but actual gear leveling is fantastic (for destiny).

3 RepliesCampaign 10/10 Post campaign 8/10 Episodes, so far, 3/10 Raid 5/10. Combat had taken a back seat to mechanics, lacked atmosphere, and nowhere near the standard set by Kingsfall and Last Wish.

1 Reply$$$ was thrown at journalists and content creators. Hell, 1 million players have already stopped playing & yes I know ER DLC caused some of it, but it will only get worse. The first descent launches Tuesday(I am not calling it a Destiny killer but it will grab some players & early thoughts are pretty good for it) & is 100% free to play and then black Myth in August.

Everyone has their opinion about the game and it's going to vary, but when people try to push social media as fact, as if the entire game is a 10/10. It just shows how naive some are because these reviews are only basing their "opinion" of a tiny piece of the game that IMO doesn't mean jack -blam!- unless they play the entire game or the entire expansion.
