Ikora Not At The Enclave
During the Witch Queen campaign, I am on a step to speak to Ikora at The Enclave. Ikora does not appear to be at The Enclave as in past steps. This causes me to not be able to continue the campaign.

Steam version of Destiny 2
Step 12 of 19 of Part 2 of the campaign
Quest info is: "You were unable to access the memory linked to the worm statue. Ikora asks you to return to Mars to discuss what happened"
Quest step says: "Speak with Ikora at The Enclave on Mars"
In the destinations page, it shows the tracked mission at Mars however Ikora is not there.
[u]What I've tried[/u]
Restarting game
Restarting computer
Speaking with Ikora in The Tower
Any help would be appreciated.
