Brother, it ain't a lifestyle anymore than being straight is. Sounds like you have some biases you might not be aware of.
First of I'm not your brother, thank god for that one. Second, my actual brother isn't ignorant and would never make such a stupid reply as few of you did so far showing you don't know how to comprehend what's being said. Third, thanks for the bump and 100% proving my point about people like you 👍

You know, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt in the first comment and guessing that you didn't realize that calling it a lifestyle was untrue. But since you took your gloves off first, this is justified. How exactly am I ignorant here? I wasn't addressing anything in your comment at large. I was addressing that you refer to being gay as a lifestyle. It isn't. You can choose to live in a van or be vegan. Those are lifestyle choices. You cannot choose who you're attracted to. That isn't a lifestyle. You can claim you don't mind gay people all you want, but your mindset and phrasing betray your real opinion. Maybe you don't even realize you have these implicit biases, but you do. You're not as accepting as you think you are. And LMAO why are you so offended I called you brother, brother? P.S. there was nothing of substance in that last reply you made, just playground insults. Please have an actual conversation if you decide to reply.

  • I'll keep this short. The fact that you called me brother and don't know the meaning behind it, using it as kids do these days that is used as a stupid slang words is what you call Ignorant.

And the swastika used to be a symbol of peace. News flash old man. Times change. New slang takes the place of the old. Meanings change with time. You can whine and get offended by one of the most minor things anyone has ever been offended by, or you can ignore it and address the actual topic at hand that you've been dodging for the last two replies.

Just because you go with what's trending doesn't mean everyone does or even cares to. That's childish knowing most of the slang words used on forums or wherever come from children making things up. It is about as stupid as this group of people a while back tried to get the school district to teach slang in school to be taught as part of the English Language. Dumb ideas that have no meaning behind them are not what this world needs. Oh, and what is this nonsense about that you are saying "I'm avoiding"?

Just because you're set in old ways doesn't mean you can ignore change. Language changes over time. It's called etymology. What's actually childish is thinking things don't change and getting upset when they do. Not a young adult knowing words other young adults use. And brother, comparing youth coming up with new language over time and schools teaching slang is wild. You're out of line and that's a bad comparison.
That's childish knowing most of the slang words used on forums or wherever come from children making things up.
Wait, where do you think language came from? We made it ALL up. What makes the language people made up recently more stupid than the language people made up when you were a kid? Genuinely do you not realize how ridiculous you're being? I literally have called you out for referring to being gay as a lifestyle (it isn't and your insistence that it is is a sign you don't really like gay people no matter how many times you say you don't care about them) every comment and you haven't addressed that a single time. That's what you're avoiding, you haven't said a word about that. For someone so pious about understanding the English language, I'd think you'd have better reading comprehension.
I literally have called you out for referring to being gay as a lifestyle
I skimmed through your reply because I wasn't interested in reading most of it, but this did catch my attention because the word lifestyle was me throwing a word out there, nothing more. Sorry, you didn't call anyone out on anything. You just took a word that was typed and ran with it 🤷‍♂️

  •
Brother, it ain't a lifestyle anymore than being straight is. Sounds like you have some biases you might not be aware of.
My first reply was literally 2 sentences and you skimmed it (seriously, you have that little of an attention span?) You also completely missed the point and instead of actually addressing the point (calling being gay a lifestyle is factually incorrect and shows your implicit biases against gay people) focused in on the fact that I called you brother and grandstanded about how your slang is better than mine? I also can't help but notice you stopped talking about how your slang is better than mine in this reply, did you finally realize how ridiculous you were being? Or are you going to keep digging your hole deeper next reply?

  • Listen, say whatever you want, think whatever you want. I'm done with this because you are making a mountain out of a mole and I'm not interested in entertaining you about something so pointless. Have a good night.

  • Sounds like you're done with this because you know I have you cornered and you're running away instead of manning up and admitting you're not perfect. Womp to the womp brother.
