Hope this finds its ways to the devs. It's not in the known issues, so I share it now: Hunter's prismatic nades say you can attach them to objects and enemies, but they only stay attached 100% of the time on objects. With enemies, there's always a random chance of it falling off. I used to think it was due to it switching from the stasis mode to the solar mode, but I've had a few instances of it falling off of enemies immediately after the stasis side of it starts. So, either this is a misworded description and you shouldn't be able to attach them to enemies(which would suck, but hey fix it if you need) OR there is a bug with them staying attached and needs to be corrected.
Hunters realistically can't rely on ONLY attaching them to objects as there's not always a good moment to use one or even an object nearby that won't make the nade aim in a completely incorrect angle, so I ask that you please fix the enemy attachment issues.
