I grew up watching my dad's boyfriends sing in Broadway plays like the phantom of the opera. Working at show tunes bars and you think this is good story telling? There is a way to have respectful good story telling that engages people and has people praise it. This is not the way. Look at the spiderverse series with diversity and unique stories. Well as a gay guy more than happy to trump your “my dad is gay card” 😇 And per my original point, if you’re starting any commentary with “I’m an ally… BUT” then maybe this isn’t the space for you to talk to. The quality of the writing of the characters is being used as a front by bigots on here to say some not nice stuff, and so maybe don’t add your voice to theirs since these people obviously hate your dad and a lot of other minorities from reading these comments.

Op said nothing about hating gay people said it was a dumb love story just like the love story in lord of the rings is bad. Keep your attacks where they belong. Come back with an actual, legitimate feedback on the story of the game and if you want to fight with people about things go back to X or facebook where people will care. Till then this is a feedback forum for a game not a place to stump political views. Even in the code of conduct it states your not suppose to talk about this in the feedback section.
