I just find it interesting that the only time we get to hear of anything relationship-related that isn't parent/child, it's firmly in the Alphabet's Camp 9 times out of 10 and is always a side mention if not part of the main storyline for some reason. Zavala's issues with his dead wife and Crow having to deal with Amanda blowing him off before exploding herself covers the majority of "not Alphabet" relationships shown in game. Kinda weird if you ask me.
