It's weird that they are the only romantic relationship in the game... Feels out of place and forced.
Destiny did not need romance, because that isn't what the game is about.

Amanda and Crow. Zavala and Safiya literally had a family. Mara Sov and Sjur Eido. Drifter and Eris Morn. These are just to name a few, but they're not the only relationships in the game.

Because it is forced, for inclusions sake. Their lore never mentioned anything close to a romantic relationship prior. Nor does the timeline actually allow it to work, unless they were already romantically involved prior to Osiris being banished. Because saint was always on missions, and then died essentially....

No one complained about Crow and Amanda. Or Zavala and Safiya.

I complained about Crow and Amanda ...mainly bc i thought crow and our guardian was cute...

I complained about Crow and Amanda

No you didn't.

Zavalas backstory wasn’t about romance really. It’s a stepping stone to what he is today. Crow and Amanda were never a thing officially as far as I know.

[quote]Zavalas backstory wasn’t about romance really. It’s a stepping stone to what he is today. It's about saving Saint from the Vex again and solving the mystery of the Conductor. If Saint and Osiris care about each other, then it makes sense they would show it. It's like complaining about something like The Walking Dead having relationship scenes and arcs. Oh, and Crow and Amanda slept together. She was drunk and he kept his mask on.

Those weren’t romantic. Plus Zavala was all backstory and Crow and Amanda were never official.

Crow and Amanda didn't have to be official for the fact that the season was literally about their relationship. The two did sleep together by the way. She was drunk and he kept his mask on. There was romantic tension. It was a relationship story no matter how you put it. The season literally ended with Crow talking to Mara about how much he loved her.

Edited by Guardian,Archon Of Light: 6/27/2024 11:29:51 AMAlso the Final Shape cutscene where she grabbed his hand at the bar, and him choking up talking about her Drifter and Eris are officially a couple, to my shagrin, because I have loved her since Dark Below when guardians were laughing at her calling her Crota -blam!- and other names I don't mind Saint and Osiris, I am not that way and am only attracted to Females , but to each there own, but why don't we have any lesbian relationships, just references like Ana's girlfriend and Erimas's wife ? , it's also known Mara is Bi , where is the equality

Who knows. I'm sure there will be when we get some characters for those relationships where the two would make sense to be a part of in the conflict.

exactly where are same -blam!- female couples?
