Problems with Motes of light.

I've completed the Triumphs, Wasteland Warrior, Tower Defender and Basin Brawler. I should have 9 Motes of light and I've only got 8. I can't continue with the quest to make the Khvostov 7g-02 into an exotic. Any can help me please
