Onslaught weapon won't enhance the perks
I have upgraded my recluse and upgraded it to tier 3 to enhance the perks on the weapon, however, it just keeps the red box around the perks and won't actually enhance them. I have upgraded the weapon more, taken it to the enclave to see if I could reshape it there and nothing. Anyone else run into this?
