Enhanced Weapon (Lvl 3) not enhancing a Perk

I Enhanced my weapon up to lvl 3, and only the right Column is enhanced. Is there a way to fix this or could Bungie help in this Situation? Thank you and have a nice day.

Similar issues here; brave hanmerhead and hung jury. ‘Fully enhanced’ but the perks are still red. Amongst so many other issues…
