Can't turn in Xenology quest to Xur
Today when I got on, I tried going to Xur to turn in last week's Xenology quest, but Xur has no option to claim the exotic cypher. I only have 3 in my inventory. I tried going to orbit then reloading back into the tower with no change. Has anyone else had this issue?

Same here. Completed the Xenology quest after the weekly reset and now I'm unable to turn it in at Xur.
