Cant apply Tracking Module on Hothead
Probably still some lingering API bugs, I guess.

I’m having the same issue. I selected field prep and now it won’t let me select tracking.

Well, I just tried it on mine. After switching the perk, it now won't let me apply it either saying I don't have the necessary materials required for it, which is weird.

I have one with tracking on it. I'll see if mine has the same issue. If it does I'd assume it's a bug on the weapon. If it doesn't then I'd assume it is an api bug like you thought
