Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but due to this it prevents things like stylish executioner in prismatic from working. Only thing that does work correctly is volatile rounds. Stylish Executioner also doesn't proc from the blind that the Ruinous Effigy orb causes in pve when draining an enemy (the enemies do the blind animation and everything!)
