Bungie name changed to Guardian
My name got changed to Guardian, likely filtered by their AI because I had the word Poo in it? Anyway, I have submitted tickets where in the dropdown has the option for "Name changed to Guardian" and they KEEP replying with it's the wrong form and closing my ticket, now they won't respond. What form do I need to fill out to request to be able to change my name? I can't imagine a multi-billion dollar company would MAKE me keep that name and not allow me to change it to something more appropriate.

Somehow, I answered a post and it appeared here ( maybe I was drunk lol) But to answer your post These community managers (more like community manglers) have been far too busy being activists first and coding & fixing any issues comes secondary to that Nothing will happen They have your money They don't care It's an easy fix Issue permission to change your name if Bungie Ai or community managers have altered it.. We don't make the rules We don't set standards or guidelines We don't make policy We just have to suffer the consequences and bear the shame because nobody at bungie is listening or addressing this.
