Bungie hates solo players
I'm not a fan of Bungie anymore. Haven't been in a long time. I want to finish final Shape content and move on. Been with the game for the 10 yrs since OG beta.
Can't raid solo no match making but we all knew this. But now duality Destiny actual new content not recycled like 65% of final shape bur the campaign missions aren't for solonplayers that coop to. Why not matchmake at least? No, of course not. Once again I have content I can't access. It's bad enough everything is time gated but no you literally can't play unless you have friends to play with.
I know many of you will come to Bungies rescue. My comment will probably be removed because anytime I bring anything Bungie knows is BS they ban me for a few months. Anytime I criticize them or their game Bungie or players will report my comments.
Does anyonevfeel this way? Are you a solo player? It's bad enough there's no content I'm final shape most is recycled campaign missions or going back to old planets and what's actual new and looks fun is ONLY for co-op.

1 ReplyBungie got this one right. The co-op mission is awesome. The rewards are good. But you need to communicate with a team mate to get it done. That's the whole point behind the exotic class items, 2-for-1. If you need a team mate that can talk in discord (fireteam chat is too slow for the rapid callouts you need in Dual Destiny) I would be happy to help you -or anyone reading this- clear the co-op mission. I stream on Twitch and my channel is the same as my Bungie name here. Just hop into chat and say hi. You are correct in thinking it requires extra effort to participate in -some- aspects of this game. And it's worth it! MOST of Destiny is very solo-friendly, more so today than ever before. I think it would be really strange if you could solo play all the way through difficult, challenging content designed for fireteams of 2 or 3 or 6 (solo dungeons and low-man raids are the exceptions, Bungie doesn't start out there and then build them into fireteam activities). The choice is yours. You can take a step or two and connect with other Guardians willing to help, or you can be mad that the game doesn't cater to 100% solo players.
