Khvostov lost encrypted bits
I have collected all region chests for 9 lost bits and have completed all six Cysts and only obtained 5 lost bits. I have completed each Cyst 5 times and the lost bit is not there. Please help stuck at 14 lost encrypted bits.

I also seem to have one missing bit. That's two of us so we can assume the game is withholding the bits!
