My brother-in-law is active-duty military and would like this title, but he hasn't played Destiny in several years, is it ever coming back? I tried playing on his account for him, all he needs is the completion triumph, to complete the Whisper mission and Zero Hour ... I think you should allow those who already started the title, to complete it ... he's so focused on his career, I'm trying to do something nice for him when he promotes because he's been thinking about coming back to Destiny.
