Constant plum errors

For context, I was able to play the entirety of the Final Shape without issue. Nothing has changed about my system between now and today's update. After today's update I've been getting frequent plum errors with no info other than "Query Timeout" in a message box which proceeds to kick me out of the game. I've tried verifying game files, uninstalling/reinstalling, and running SFC /scannow via the command line on my system. PC specs are as follows Windows 11, 23H2 RTX 4070ti, i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, game is installed on an SSD.
