Facet of Hope does not work, at all.

Facet of hope states that while having elemental buffs you class ability recharges faster, however, it does not do anything, no matter how many buffs you have active. Please look into it

It works a noticeable amount, sometimes I don't even realise I have my class ability because I'm not used to it coming back so fast
