Facet of Hope does not work, at all.
Facet of hope states that while having elemental buffs you class ability recharges faster, however, it does not do anything, no matter how many buffs you have active.
Please look into it

People would realize half the prismatic -blam!- doesn't work if they paid attention.

I just use strategist as a titan with the new chest exotic, by the time I have it again I have my 6 rockets ready again.

I feel like facet of courage doesn't work a lot of the time as well. When I usually need two hits with combination blow (without the multiplier active) to kill a red bar. The facet sometimes makes it one hit and then sometimes it still takes two hits on the same enemy.

3 RepliesEdited by NerfPaladins06: 6/11/2024 2:51:49 AMWeird, it's working for me. I think you have the idea that it should increase cd speed by a significant amount when it's only a little amount. If I had to guess it's like having +1 or 2 extra tier of recovery which is something but not much.
