Unable to play The Final Shape Campaign on 2nd Character

Exactly like the title says. I cannot continue forward in The Final Shape's Campaign because there's straight up 0 prompt to claim prismatic.
I have already completed the campaign on my warlock, including having done 4 of the 6 lost ghost quests.
I'm not sure if any of that matters.. but there's just nothing I can do. I can't continue in the mission, and I can't get prismatic, I keep resetting the mission, but it keeps setting me back to where I have to fight off the enemies and get the 2 icons of darkness to open the door... just to end up in this situation again.
I'm getting really frustrated at this point having to fight these same guys over and over again, and I just wanna keep playing.

OK so if you are locked out of prismatic, someone can now join in on you and if you RESTART FROM CHECKPOINT the pool will not be there, just kill the boss and you unlock prismatic. the person that joins needs to have prismatic unlocked already. I was dealing with this all last week even when someone joined in on me and we restarted the whole mission it would not progress or give me prismatic. We went in this week and it didnt work first time, but upon restarting from checkpoint and going back to the area where the puddle is, the puddle was gone, we continued to the final boss killed it and it granted me prismatic titan. This was also a titan i had deleted to change my origin after previously unlocking prismatic.

Also have this issue in my main (warlock) get to the end where you take in the prismatic class from the pool - nothing just standing like a plum….. please Bungie move this up the issue list!

I have the same problem. With video prove. Deleting the boosted character again doesnt help aswell. So i am stuck with uncompleted campaign + no access to prismatic...

I am having the same problem. I hope that Bungie can solve this issue in tomorrows maintenance. I would love to be able to play through on my hunter since it was my original character. Just seems right with Cayde 6 back.

2 RepliesDon't buy the boost, that doesn't give you prismatic but will get you past the first mission, but yeah a lot of people are having this same issue where they can't claim prismatic on their alt characters no matter what they do.
