Grapple now requires a melee charge
I unlocked prismatic with my hunter and tried doing a grapple melee, and I noticed the game wouldn't let me unless I have my normal melee ability charged up. I tried this on prismatic and the normal strand subclass, and in both cases, you have to have a melee charge to execute a grapple melee. I know there were recent changes to grapple in 8.0.0.1, but nothing about requiring a melee charge. I'm lead to believe this a bug considering it doesn't consume the melee charge, it just requires you to have one.
Is this a bug or an intended interaction?

I've been back into the game for about 2 months and it has been like that the whole time. I didn't even know there was ever a time that it didn't use a charge. So if they did change it, it would've been a while ago.
