I have preordered The Final Shape Collectors Edition back in August 2023. I got an email for the game code and annual pass, so I activated it in my steam account. Given the news that the DLC was going to be delayed, I reached out and cancelled my order and received a full refund. I was interested again in the DLC so I tried purchasing on steam but I couldn’t. It says it was already on my account. I tried logging in and it actually works. I reached out to the Bungie support desk and informed them everything. I am playing the game for free now and would like to actually play for the game and annual pass. The last update I received said that the case was escalated to and that they cannot do anything from their system. They are waiting for the bungie tech team solution. (Req: 236281) I would really appreciate if I could find a way to pay for the game and annual pass I redeemed because I don’t want to continue on playing the game for free. Thanks,
