Bought all the content , donated etc etc. he pre ordered final shape last year. 3 weeks ago his account was compromised and accessed from another country. Steam guard was deactivated. He managed to get it back but the damage was done. Bungie has banned the account without no explanation or warning. game is his life, his safe space. His get away from the real world where life is hard. He doesn’t have many friends and his clan miss him. After seeing the end of the final shape today and without a response from bungie. He has gone missing and left us a note about what happened and says he can’t live without his safe place. This is the only place I can find to get an answer. Hello there, The forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for players to appeal their ban or restriction. If an appeal has already been filed, All that can be done, has been done. Posting in the forums cannot assist beyond linking to the appeal and speculation. Bungie will typically respond only if more info is needed or if the ban/restriction is altered. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long.
Requests for additional information, such as the length of a restriction or reason for a ban, will be disregarded. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492
[i]Please note that while every appeal is reviewed, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that a ban or restriction will be overturned.
