URBAN PARKOUR objective is bugged

I had the issue as well and found a way to fix it. I had to obtain the overgrown prismatic key and complete the activity for the chest there. Once I beat the boss and opened the chest I could see the Stitching chest nearby and could then complete that activity.

Still bugged. The chest wont even spawn for me unfortunately. Looked every where near the marker. Sucks because i cant do it to unlock on of the prismatic fragments.
