Bold Endings doesn't work with Lucky Pants.

OS Version: Win 11
ISP Provider/Speed: 80MB Wireless
ISSUE:
Using the hand cannon Bold Endings when using Lucky Pants won't trigger the damage stacks.
REPRO STEPS:
1. Play as a hunter
2. Acquire and equip Lucky Pants exotic
3. Acquire and equip Bold Endings hand cannon
4. Travel to a location with multiple enemy AI
5. Trigger 'Illegally Modded Holster' by drawing the hand cannon
6. Shoot at enemy AI
7. Observe damage stacks don't trigger.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Using the hand cannon Bold Endings when using Lucky Pants won't trigger the damage stacks.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Damage stacks to trigger with Bold Endings the same way they do with other hand cannons.
