Purchased the wrong final shape expansion
Probably not the first person to do this but I only purchased the Annual Pass and not the full final shape expansion. I requested a refund on steam for the annual pass but I haven't gotten anything back yet. I tried to find some way to submit a ticket but could not find anything on bungies website. I'd like to buy the expansion but I don't want to pay $150 ($50 annual pass + $100 expansion and the pass).

You'll need to work this with Steam as Bungie are not the ones who can do anything about it.
