Here I am with another rework idea that will probably never get looked at... but since Helm of Saint-14 is being reworked to provide the weapons of light buff then this would be a great opportunity to also [b]replace the disorient debuff[/b] it provides with a [u]volatile rounds[/u] buff that allies can gain from entering ward of dawn or standing behind your banner shield!
