Cannot unlink accounts due to no longer having access to them.
It appears that I can't unlink my steam account due to having no access to it anymore, and I can't verify my xbox account due to it being banned.
Can someone help me with this?

1 ReplyHey there. Banned accounts will permanently lock your cross-save setup. You are unable to cancel it when one account is banned. Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts or cancel cross-save.
